“It’s been two years since I joined this wonderful group of writers Chelsea has brought together, and her organization and encouragement has kept us meeting regularly and supporting each other’s journeys. She manages our critique swaps with gentle guidance that leaves room for everyone to contribute and fosters constructive feedback. It has definitely improved my work and made me excited to continue writing.”

“As a critique partner, Chelsea consistently provides honest feedback in varying stages of a draft, from brainstorming, to structure and plot, to grammar and copy-editing. She leads by example in group critiques, helping others feel safe to provide honest feedback. Her study and knowledge of the craft is extensive, and she helps others grow in their craft as well, encouraging each writer to follow their own path while providing industry-influenced guidance.”
